What happens if I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please send us an email straight away and we will try and change the address information. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Ruby’s Gifts will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation email sent to you. We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.
Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
There is no re-delivery option. If no one is available to receive your package, the courier will provide you with a White Card to collect your package at the nearest post office, news agency or collection point.

What kind of payment method may I use?
We will try and dispatch the goods out to you within a few business days. If there is a problem with stock we will let you know. We will send you a message when the goods are on their way.
Returns
It’s our mission to make it as easy as possible to get the products you need. And we’ve made it easy to return your purchase and claim a refund.
When returning an item, please pack it up carefully, to ensure it arrives back to us in original condition.
Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form - see below for how to request one. No returns on sale items except as required by law.
If you change your mind about a product
Returning products and claiming a refund is simple. When returning a product it has to be in a resalable condition, it needs to arrive back to us in the packaging you received it in, including any seal/cellophane wrapping

If your purchase is damaged or faulty
In the unlikely event that your purchase is delivered in anything other than perfect condition, you’re covered by our warranty.
All you have to do is email us within 14 days, attaching photos of the damage or fault. We’ll then assess your claim and contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
