How long will delivery take?
We will try and dispatch the goods out to you within a few business days. If there is a problem with stock we will let you know. We will send you a message when the goods are on their way.

What exactly happens after ordering?
What should I do if my order has not arrived? To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation email sent to you. We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery. Will I get charged for a re-delivery? There is no re-delivery option. If no one is available to receive your package, the courier will provide you with a White Card to collect your package at the nearest post office, news agency or collection point.
What happens if I need to return the goods.
Returns It’s our mission to make it as easy as possible to get the products you need. And we’ve made it easy to return your purchase and claim a refund. When returning an item, please pack it up carefully, to ensure it arrives back to us in original condition. Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form - see below for how to request one. No returns on sale items except as required by law. If you change your mind about a product Returning products and claiming a refund is simple. When returning a product it has to be in a resalable condition, it needs to arrive back to us in the packaging you received it in, including any seal/cellophane wrapping Here’s what you need to do:
- Email us and we’ll send you a returns form and guidelines on what you need to do.
- Then return the unopened, unused item(s) in its original packing to us within 14 days of receiving it.
- Once we receive the item(s), we will be inspect for quality control and hygiene purposes. If there is evidence that a product has been opened/used or is no longer in a resaleable condition, the product will be sent back to your original shipping address, and we'll notify you straight away.
- We will fully refund the amount you paid, excluding the cost of delivery and the cost to return it.
