TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RUBY’S GIFTS NEWSLETTER PROMOTION

 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this ‘Ruby’s Gifts Newsletter Promotion” (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 ELIGIBILITY

 This Promotion is only open to individuals who reside in Australia.

PROMOTION PERIOD

This Promotion commences on 01/03/2018 (“Promotion Period”).

 HOW TO ENTER

To receive an entry in this Promotion, you must sign up to Ruby’s Gifts Newsletter either online or instore.

To be an eligible winner, you must have a valid registration in Ruby’s Gifts database.

All individuals who also LIKE Ruby’s Gifts Facebook Page will receive a second entry into the draw.

DRAW DETAILS

The draw will take place on the last day of the month.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The provisional winner will be notified in writing by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. The names of winner may be published on social media.

PRIZES

A $50 Ruby’s Gifts Gift Voucher.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Gift Voucher are not included.

Any prize that has not been collected within seven days of the draw will be forfeited. Winners will be notified in writing by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. The names of winners may be published online social media.

GENERAL

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any individual; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIVACY

In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect information about each eligible individual. This information will not be disclosed to third parties. It is a condition of entry that the individual agrees to be entered into Ruby’s Gifts database. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, and publicity, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Privacy Policy. All details will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Individuals can ask to be removed from the database either via email to admin@rubygisfts.com.au or unsubscribing from the database. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
